Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how One of One Partners (“One of One Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, fill out one of our forms, call or text us, or otherwise interact with us (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
Who we are. One of One Partners is a marketing and lead generation company. We connect people who may have a legal claim with participating law firms. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not a lawyer referral service. Submitting information to us does not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any law firm.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Details about your situation, such as the date, location, and circumstances of an accident or injury; information about your injuries and medical treatment; employment information; insurance information; and whether you already have a lawyer.
- Call and message content. If you call or text us, or we call you, we may record and keep the call or message.
- Business information. If you represent a law firm, we collect your name, firm name, business contact details, and billing information.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate our forms, measure advertising, and understand how the Services are used.
- Consent records. We may use third-party tools (for example, ActiveProspect TrustedForm or Jornaya) that record your session on our forms, including what you typed and the disclosures shown to you, so that we and our law firm clients can verify your consent to be contacted.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from advertising partners, publishers, and data verification services, and we may combine it with information we already have.
2. How we use information
- To review your inquiry and determine whether a participating law firm may be able to help you.
- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry, including by connecting your call to a law firm.
- To share your information with a participating law firm, as described below.
- To verify identity and consent, prevent fraud, and keep records of consent.
- To operate, improve, and advertise the Services.
- To provide services to, bill, and communicate with our law firm clients.
- To comply with the law and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share information
- With participating law firms. When you submit an inquiry or speak with us, we share your information with a participating law firm that may be able to help you. Law firms pay us for this service. Once a law firm receives your information, its own privacy practices apply.
- With service providers who help us run the Services, such as call center, telephone, texting, hosting, CRM, analytics, and consent verification providers.
- For legal reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or is needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Because law firms pay us when we share your information with them, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some state privacy laws. See “Your privacy rights” below.
4. Calls, text messages, and consent
When you submit a form or call us, you may be asked to agree to be contacted by One of One Partners and participating law firms at the phone number you provide, including by calls and text messages that may use automated technology or prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. To stop calls, tell the caller or email us at the address below. Calls may be monitored and recorded for quality and compliance.
We do not share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes, except with the participating law firm handling your inquiry.
5. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and share it.
- Get a copy of your personal information.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and of targeted advertising.
- Limit our use of sensitive personal information, such as health information.
- Appeal our decision on your request.
To make a request, email info@oneofonepartners.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity before acting on the request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Information already delivered to a law firm is held by that firm, and you may need to contact it directly.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; our Services do not currently respond to them, but we honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
6. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to keep records of consent and to meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Third-party websites
The Services may link to websites we do not control, including law firm websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
